We have made the decision to cancel the PEM Trainee Conference that was planned for June 2020, due to the evolving COVID-19 situation. We are sorry for any disappointment and disruption that this may cause. We felt that in addition to the risk of group gatherings, taking a group of senior clinicians away from their clinical roles at this time cannot be justified. This decision is supported by both RCEM and RCPCH.
We are hoping to rearrange the conference for a later date, and are currently working with the venue to identify what would be best for everyone.

Small group teaching workshops on the why, how and when principles of safe sedation in the paediatric emergency department. Paediatric trauma presentations
Topics
Aiming to cover a wide variety of topics on the curriculum including renal emergencies, trauma, child and adolescent mental health, eating disorders, gynaecological presentations, and Research updates from PERUKI. Detailed schedule to follow.
Social
Social time will be allocated throughout the programme with opportunities to mingle. Drinks reception close of day Monday. Please see Socialtab for further affiliated events
