What You Need to Know
Your visit is guaranteed to be a one-of-a-kind, unforgettable experience. To make the most of it, we strongly advise that you plan your stay in advance. Delegates must note that hotel and travel costs are booked by the individual and are not refundable. When booking your travel and hotel accommodation please do so on the basis that in the event of the conference being cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances or a communicable disease outbreak the conference organisers will not be able to refund these costs. Delegates are asked to make their own arrangements to take travel insurance to cover their attendance at the conference.

Jurys Inn, a hotel which is close to the the Horizon Centre, has offered a discount code for conference delegates. The conference team are not linked to Jurys Inn in any way, receive no payment if you book with them, and are not involved in the booking process.

However, if you are wanting to make the most out of your time here. We recommend using the Leeds list website to find nearby cafes and bars.
